We can deliver earlier or later if previously agreed so just get in touch.
Just let us know of any specific requirements or allergies and we'll create a hamper that suits you!
Our afternoon tea is available in vegetarian and vegan.
All food is produced in a kitchen which also handles nuts and dairy. While we make every effort to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is 100% free of any specific allergen. Please see our full list of allergens.
Please note there will be increased pricing for vegan & gluten-free substitutes on the grazing platters and tables.
It is also your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances well in advance. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible. The Happy Hamper will not be liable for any circumstances that arise where an allergy or intolerance has not been made aware to us.

We ask 100% payment to secure your booking.
Grazing Tables:
We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking. We do not hold dates until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is payable 7days before the event. If you go for the table scaping we take an additional refundable £50 deposit to cover any potential damages. This is refunded after the event.
Picnic Party
We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking as well as a refundable £60 deposit to cover any potential damages. This is refunded after the event. We do not hold dates until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is payable 1 week before the event.
Please check out the delivery areas. Outside of these are there will be a delivery charge so contact us to let us know where you require delivery to.
During transportation, the food is always kept at a safe cool temperature in our cool boxes.
All of our food comes in recyclable card hampers.
Our plates, napkins, and wooden knives are also recyclable.

Cancellation within 2 days of delivery will be subject to a 50% refund. We will try to rearrange your delivery where possible.

Cancellation within 7 days of delivery will mean the loss of your deposit.
Picnic Party
Cancellation within 7 days of delivery will mean the loss of your deposit.
Upon arrival, if there is no answer we will try our best to get hold of you using the contact number/email provided. If we cannot get hold of you the order will be left in a secure location at your property and we will no longer hold responsibility for the item.
We are a government-registered food business, and have a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification as well as a food allergy certificate. We are also fully insured.
