Grazing Table

Can you tailor your graze table?

No problem, we can work with you to create a bespoke grazing table if you have a specific idea or theme in mind.

Will I need to pay a deposit?

A 25% deposit is required to secure your grazing table booking. We do not hold dates until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance will be due no less than a week before the event. Bookings made less than 7 days before the event will require full payment upfront. If you are including table scaping we take a £50 refundable deposit to cover any damages or losses

How much notice do you need for an order?

We require 10 days notice for orders

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Cancellation within 7 days of delivery will mean loss of your deposit.

Amending the date of your booking

If you need to change the date of a booking, we will do our very best to accommodate this. If we are unable to do so the cancellation charges will apply.

By booking a food experience or any of our services the customer agrees to our cancellation charges.

What happens on the day?

We will arrive on the day with the food refrigerated & pre-prepared so there is no need for kitchen access.

We set the Grazing Table up on-site in the mutually-agreed location, this can take up to 1-3 hours depending on the requirements. We will agree to timings during the booking process.

Once all is finished we clear away our kit and leave you and your guests to enjoy the food, ideally about 30 minutes before your guests arrive. Note that we will need parking access during setup.

If you have chosen the table scaped option we will arrange a time with you after your event to come and collect everything.

We recommend that food is left out for no longer than 4 hours for quality and freshness purposes. We will ask you to sign a liability form stating that we don't take responsibility for food left out longer than our recommended time frame.

Inventory

The client must sign an inventory sheet upon completion of set up.  Upon booking we take a £50 refundable deposit to cover any lost or damaged equipment/props . Please note we do not provide the table/surface and this must be supplied by the client.

Do you supply plates, cutlery and napkins?

Recyclable plates, cutlery and napkins can all be supplied at an extra cost - just ask!

Do you cater for allergies/dietary requirements?

Just let us know of any specific requirements or allergies and we'll create a grazing experience that suits you!

All food is produced in a kitchen which also handles nuts and dairy. While we make every effort to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is 100% free of any specific allergen. Please see our full list of allergens.

Please note there will be increased pricing for vegan & gluten-free substitutes.

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery and set up during these hours

Mon - Fri: 8pm - 6pm

Sat/Sunday: 8am - 6pm

How is the food transported?

During transportation, the food is always kept at a safe cool temperature in our cool boxes. All our food is laid out on food-safe paper to create a barrier with the table surface. You must provide a table or surface that is in a cool, shaded area well away from fires, radiators or direct sunlight. The food can be out for a maximum of 4 hours (in accordance with food hygiene and safety) and after this time the food must be disposed of.
